One of the first things that one is clear when he gets into something" spiritual "(but what little I like that word ), is that happiness, if any, should be sought within oneself, and never was. That's what is referred to when he says Gotama "Indulge in sensual placerese." External pleasures are fickle, finite unsatisfactory ... this is the string that repeats every good Buddhist since the day he begins to meditate.
So I can imagine, being 4 years old and my practice, have well understood that happiness is only valid if it comes from within. But apparently not. Yesterday I was seeing chapters of the animated series of Superman , which is very cool, and went to bed thinking about how much he wanted to read comic books of Superman, that if this or that adventure ... When I began to ponder this morning, my mind kept thinking about it same. So much so that at the end of the sit wanted to get up and look for things to download comics, etc.
So nothing assumed. There are still many things to work ... the problem is that Internet hand, will Serme hard to control my cravings! Seriously, do not I have to rest on our laurels and believe that I'm very advanced (neglecting the most basic message of teaching), because I can pass things like this.
