lot of people who take such decisions makes good criticism of consumer society, the enslavement of our work, the use of money. And out of all this, either go to the mountain to eat roots or just stop eating at McDonald's and use more than the bike, is a respectable option.
But the question is whether we really solve anything Staying within the world. Is it the world's source of our problems? Is it the fault of capitalism to suffer? Look within yourself. Look for real. Suffering is not caused by the world, but by our reaction to it. Okay there are people who live in very fucking (hunger, homelessness, abuse ...), and do not say that change does not make things easier. But in the end, employers who made us suffer in the first place are still there. So we will continue to suffer.
The real end of suffering comes when all our prejudices and opinions are left, when we do not distinguish between city and country, when we as a sunset and a landfill, where the desire to be somebody, someone outside or within system disappears.

His karate was developed from the kata.

I can think of the Dhammacakkappavatana the Maggavibhanga the Satipatthana the Anapanasati the Sabbasava or Mulapariyaya , but I'm sure everyone has their favorite. Once chosen, the sutta as the only guide, we will go to the roots of trees, empty dwellings, jhana practice, without neglecting or fall in repentance, until we understand with every fiber of our body the essence of teaching.

When I started reading about Buddhism and meditation, had one thing clear: the cause of suffering is attachment. Well, actually, is tanha, craving, thirst, hunger, but the attachment is just the natural consequence. The end of tanha is the end of dukkha . Easy: all you need to do is drop tanha.
