Another alternative is a "Comida Corrida"
6 to 7 pm
A toast with beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, chicken or ham, or a sandwich of bread with the other ingredients listed, and a cup of coffee or green tea or iced tea. And a fruit. and ending up eating a glass of water!
After 7pm it is not advisable to eat, and we waiting 3 hours to sleep , but as we know that the nightlife is very active teenagers, so you can still eat anything else, such as grain cereal with soy milk or skim.
